I founded NextLevelEA because I genuinely love helping people succeed. After years of supporting executives, boards, and large organizations, I’ve learned that exceptional administrative support goes beyond managing calendars and projects — it’s about being a trusted partner who brings calm, organization, and forward-thinking solutions behind the scenes.

For over two decades, I’ve supported executive leadership at the highest level, managing complex calendars, governance, events, travel logistics, communications, and high-discretion projects with steady professionalism. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and bringing positivity into even the busiest days. I believe you can be highly professional while still being approachable and human.

Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors — near the ocean or in the mountains — hiking, camping, and paddleboarding with my family. My children will always be my greatest joy, and becoming a grandmother has been an incredible blessing. I also have a deep love for animals and dream of one day running a rescue.

I’m Samantha Crum, and I believe the strongest businesses are supported by structure, discretion, and genuine partnership. My role is to bring calm to complexity — protecting your time, organizing the details, and anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked.

I graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing, where I developed a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and management. Business management quickly became my favorite area of study, shaping how I think about leadership, efficiency, and team dynamics. My professional experience has strengthened my ability to collaborate effectively, manage time with precision, represent my team and workplace with professionalism, and ensure daily operations run seamlessly.

Beyond systems and strategy, my work is rooted in who I am personally.

I’m a wife and mother first. My family keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of integrity, consistency, and care. I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. Whether at home or in business, I find fulfillment in creating order, solving problems, and supporting growth.
